Our company was founded by Loutricia Gibbs-Tolbert. She believes there is a growing need for dump truck and hauling services due to rising infrastructure demands. In response to these demands, Directions Trucking & Co., LLC was established to exceed customer's expectations by offering the highest quality of service and safety in the dump trucking industry.

Loutricia Gibbs- Tolbert
Loutricia Gibbs-Tolbert founded Directions Trucking & Co., LLC, with a desire to serve customers in the dump truck industry.
She began her logistics career after serving as a senior executive for Dierections, Inc. Before starting her new career, she attended school in Jacksonville, Florida to earn her Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL). After obtaining her license, she purchased a dump truck and built a trucking company with headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida.
Loutricia has more than 20 years of experience in driving sales and business growth. She is also a member of multiple professional organizations, within which she holds a variety of leadership positions.
Loutricia looks forward to having the opportunity to serve the Jacksonville community.
